This ring is made with real gems. I made it myself, so if you see a setting you like and want a different gem in it, I can put in another one as they are not finished. I can probably do it for the same price or real close. I can make these either in gold or sterling silver;

If any of the wires look loose in the picture it is because I do not finish them until I size them. They will not be loose when you get them.
